In the wake of Hurricane Melissa’s devastating impact on Jamaica, Caribbean Cargo DC is issuing an urgent service update for our customers and community.
Montego Bay, a vital hub for both tourism and cargo logistics, sustained significant damage during Hurricane Melissa’s landfall on October 28. Our local agent in Montego Bay has confirmed that recovery efforts are underway, but it will take time for port operations and infrastructure to return to safe, functional levels.
As a result, Caribbean Cargo DC is temporarily suspending all export shipments to Montego Bay until further notice.
